2021 – Carson Vetor, WR, Naples Gulf Coast. "Here is a program that seems to be elevating prospects like this every year – and what this senior has done already is made believers out of a lot who follow this game. Had a huge game recently when he had 10 catches for 170 yards and four touchdowns in a win."

Naples Daily News Athlete of the Week (Oct 5 - 11)
MaxPreps Player of the Game (10/9/20 v Lely HS)
Game Stats v Lely HS: 10 catches for 176 yards & 4 TDs
"After giving up just 16 points to Palmetto Ridge a week ago, the Lely defense entered the game looking to follow up on last week’s performance. Gulf Coast wide receiver Carson Vetor had something to say about that, though. The senior hauled in 10 passes from Konner Barrett for 176 yards and four touchdowns en route to an impressive win over the Trojans on senior night. “He’s been our go-to guy all season, and really the past two years,” Gulf Coast coach Todd Nichols said. “Some of his routes, we just call them ‘Carson’. His performance didn’t shock me tonight. That kid goes above and beyond what most high school players do, and he’s been playing a lot at defensive back for us.” Source: Naples Daily News

I'm a fierce competitor, a winner, a leader in the classroom and on the field. My coaches refer to me as "old school" because I have great respect for the game and value hard work, toughness and dedication. My GOAL is to achieve success as a student-athlete at the Collegiate level. As a high academic, multi-sport athlete, I'm being recruited for both baseball & football by DI, DII, DIII, and NAIA schools.
Out of 15,489 high school students in Collier County, FL, Carson is the #1 ranked student-athlete who plays 3 major sports at the Varsity level (Baseball, Basketball & Football). This ranking is based on the highest GPA for an athlete who plays Baseball, Basketball & Football. Carson is expected to qualify for the Florida Bright Futures Academic Scholarship program.

To whom it may concern:
I write this today to recommend Carson Vetor for the National Honor Society and to be included in your school's chapter of the NHS program. I am the Admissions Director at St. Rita High School in Chicago, where Carson spent his first two years of high school.
We were incredibly sad to hear of Carson transferring and relocating, because, selfishly, we wanted his talents, personality and strong work ethic all to ourselves, here at St. Rita. Carson made a tremendous impact on our school in just his two short years with us. Even though he was only an underclassman with us, he was a leader in the school and was as mature and polished as any of our juniors and seniors. That's not to say our upperclassmen are not that, but it just shows how above-the-grade Carson was and is. He treats adults, staff and faculty with respect and kindness. He is a gentleman who puts others first. He is a bright, talented young mind who achieved success in the classroom. He also was highly involved in sports, clubs and activities while at St. Rita.
Carson was able to juggle football, basketball and baseball seasons with his academic workload of honors classes, and pulled in a GPA well over 4.00. He was named "Mustang of the Month" in his freshman year, which is the result of being nominated and voted upon by faculty and staff members. Only nine students get chosen each year for "Mustang of the Month", and Carson secured that award in his freshman year.
He was a shining star for us in the hallways, classrooms and athletic fields. But above everything else, he put his school work and family first and he truly cares about people. I had many great conversations with Carson over the two-plus years I knew him, and I wish I could have more with him now. But he is now Florida's gain and he will make The Sunshine State even brighter.
I can be reached anytime at 773-474-8822 or by e-mail at: eleiser@stritahs.com if I can be of any assistance for Carson's National Honor Society candidacy.
